Christmas, a state away

You can't pass the roast potatoes. You can still be in the room.

Every box has a premium card with a QR code. Add your message, a photo or a video, and a phrase only the two of you would know. Christmas morning or the minute it lands, they scan the card and there you are.

  • Your message is free, up to 280 characters
  • Photos and videos replay for around six months

Written by you, wherever you are. Hand-packed in Sydney.

When should I order for Christmas?+
For NSW, ACT, Vic, Qld, SA and Tas, order by Tuesday 15 December (11:59pm Sydney time) with free standard delivery. Western Australia: Monday 14 December. The Northern Territory and regional or remote addresses: Thursday 10 December. Express ($15) is available at checkout if you want it on its way sooner, but plan around these standard dates. These dates are based on Australia Post's Christmas delivery dates, less our packing time. Australia Post doesn't guarantee delivery days, so earlier is always safer.
Can they open it before Christmas?+
That's up to them. The box arrives when Australia Post delivers it, which can be a week or more before the 25th, so if you want it saved for the day, tell them it's coming. Your message waits behind the QR code until they scan it, so Christmas morning still works.
Can I send it to a mine site or camp over Christmas?+
Yes, as long as the site takes parcels. Add their full name, the site or camp name and their room or block so it finds them. Many camps don't allow candles or alcohol, so skip the wine and pick a box without a candle, like For Him, or build your own. Not sure what the site accepts? Send it home so it's waiting on their days off.
Can I add wine, and can it go to the NT?+
Some boxes can add a Poco Vino Piccolo. Someone 18 or over has to sign for it, so it can't be left if nobody's home, and wine can't be delivered to the Northern Territory. If you add one, use the standard order date. The boxes themselves can go to the NT; order by Thursday 10 December.
Can I send it to a PO Box or parcel locker?+
Yes. We send with Australia Post, so a PO Box or Parcel Locker address works. Gifts with wine need a street address, because someone 18 or over has to sign for them.
How does the message card work?+
Your words live behind a QR code on a premium card inside the box. When it arrives, they point their phone camera at the code and your message opens on their screen, just for them. Add a photo or a video too.
Is delivery free?+
Yes, standard delivery is free on every box, anywhere in Australia. Express is $15 at checkout.
Can I hide the price?+
Yes. No price goes in the box, and the receipt comes to you, not them.
