ORDERS, PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices on sameskies.com.au and sameskies.co.uk are in Australian dollars (AUD) and every order is charged in AUD. On sameskies.co.uk we also show a rough guide in British pounds; your card issuer sets the final conversion and may charge a foreign transaction fee. Available payment methods, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. If an item is unavailable or we discover a pricing error, we will contact you about the available options. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

PRODUCTS

We aim to describe the contents of each box accurately on its product page. Every gift box includes a premium card with a QR code. Nothing is printed on it; your message, and an optional photo or video, open on the recipient’s phone when they scan the code. Adding a message is free and optional. If a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you about the available options before dispatch, particularly if a replacement could affect dietary or allergen information.

DELIVERY

Gifts are stocked and packed in Sydney and delivered only to addresses in Australia. Delivery estimates and charges are set out in our Shipping policy. Please provide an accurate Australian delivery address and contact us promptly if you notice an error.

CUSTOM CONTENT

If you submit letter text or private media, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it is not unlawful or an infringement of another person’s rights. We may decline unlawful or harmful content and contact you about an alternative or a refund. You retain ownership of the content you submit and permit us to use it as needed to prepare and deliver your gift.

RETURNS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Our Return and refund policy explains cancellation and remedies. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable Australian consumer guarantees and mandatory protections available to UK consumers.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under another country’s law.
