Where are the boxes packed and sent from?
Every box is hand-packed in Sydney and sent by tracked delivery to their address in Australia. Nothing travels internationally, so there is no international parcel, no customs form and nothing for them to pay when it arrives.
How much is a gift box?
The five curated boxes are $129 each, and delivery is free on every box. Prices are shown in pounds as a guide. At checkout you pay in Australian dollars and your bank converts it, so your statement may differ slightly. There is no price anywhere in the box.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. You can choose Standard or Express delivery at checkout where it is available. Ordering for Christmas? Check the Christmas dates guide for the last day to order for each Australian state.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. Every box includes a card with a QR code. Write up to 280 characters, then add a photo, or a video of up to 3 minutes, that opens on their phone when they scan it. You can also add a secret hint: they get three guesses at your clue, then the photo or video unlocks. Or leave the card unwritten.
Can I see what is inside before I choose?
Yes. Tap “What’s inside” on any box above to see every item. Some items come in a colour you choose when you order.
Will they know it has arrived?
If you add their email when you write your gift message, we will email them when the gift arrives, with a link to your photo or video if you added one. We only use their details to deliver the gift, never for marketing.
Can I order from the UK?
Yes. Order here, enter their Australian address at checkout and we pack and deliver it inside Australia. There is nothing for them to collect or pay.
